Custom K-Type Thermocouple Probe for Meat Grilling – Browin Project

We recently completed a customized K-Type thermocouple probe project for Browin, Poland, for use in meat grilling and food temperature measurement applications.

For this project, Browin requested a change from the original green silicone cable to black silicone cable. We updated the product according to their requirement while maintaining the required probe construction, dimensions and terminal configuration.

    

Before shipment, our quality control team carefully checked the finished probes, including probe dimensions, cable specification, terminal configuration and overall assembly quality. We use dimensional measuring tools to verify the products against the confirmed specifications.

For customized temperature sensors, even a small detail such as cable color or probe length can affect the customer's final assembly. Therefore, we believe that every specification must be checked before delivery.
